Our story

Maple Hollow Mercantile is the gift shop of a town we made up for this demo: one square, one maple and a diner that closes at two. A real hometown shop could look exactly like this.

Questions

How long until it gets here? Each piece is made when you order it, usually in 2 to 5 business days. Then it ships. Most orders arrive in 1 to 2 weeks.
Can I return it? Because each item is made just for you, we can't take returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it.
How do I pick a size? Each product's photos and description show its size chart. If you're between sizes, size up.
Do you ship outside the US? See the Ship to choice in your cart. Shipping is worked out before you pay.
